Lead by Licensed Forestry England Guide(s), a 2 to 3 hour experience of Forest Bathing, immersing into nature through your available senses, learning the origins of the practice, discovering the health benefits while all the while discovering connection and gratitude for the natural world.

Several locations around the Forest of Dean are available for you to choose to walk in.

Just £120 for up to 6 guests, and you are welcome to bring your dogs too.

Must be booked with at least 48 hours notice and is subject to availability.
