Based in The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, we utilise these beautiful historic wooded valleys to immerse visitors in nature, through the art of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), Ceremony and bespoke experiences just for you.

Andrew and Honey as well as both being trained Forest Bathing Guides also bring with them a wealth of coaching and wellbeing skills. Both are proactive in establishing the importance and versatility of nature connection and putting The Forest of Dean firmly on the map as THE place to visit for all.

Kelly Bluett
Local business owner, wellbeing coach and Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) guide. Kelly spent 8 years in the education sector and a further four years in healthcare before moving into wellbeing coaching full-time, working predominantly with women and young people. As a business woman and founding member and director of a local community interest company, Kelly's passion for movement and nature are evident in her efforts into place making and creating change in the Forest of Dean
Andrew Embling
A wellbeing coach, mindfulness teacher, trainer, and Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) guide. Working in industry up to 2015 in a senior role, honing his problem solving and analytical skills before then transitioning to coaching and wellbeing full time, supporting individuals and charities. Today a founding member and director of two community interest companies, focusing his efforts on enabling change where it is most needed.
