Information we need:

In order to deal with queries and fulfil bookings for running a project, commission, party or to book you onto an experience, or for you to purchase a product, I will need to collect basic personal data such as name, email address, and telephone number. I may also need your billing and delivery address and details regarding your order/commission/experience/product, its cost, and method of payment.

This information will be collected either through online means (web/social media), email or telephone.

Payments for experiences and products are collected securely on my website

 

Why we need your personal information:

This information is essential for me to provide and oversee the service you require. I also need this information to contact you regarding your booking, whether it is an experience, product, commission, party, or project.

I would also like to use your name and the email address you have supplied to me to inform you of any future offers or similar products that I think you may be interested in, via my newsletter. This will only be done if you have opted-in and given your consent to do so, either at an experience or via the website newsletter sign-up. What I will do with your information:

All the personal data I hold will be processed by me in the UK. However, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law or my contract with you, allows me to do so.

 

Security:

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.

 

Photography permission:

If you attend an experience, party or workshop, we will always ask for verbal consent before sharing your photograph on social media platforms or on the website. For under 18s, then written permission will be obtained by parents or guardians. This information will be physically stored securely.

 

Cookies:

My website uses cookies, in the form of Google Analytics, which is GDPR compliant.

 

Data retention:

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the service you require. The data is generally kept for 7 years, though it may be longer if the business requires.
