Carers

Wilde Earth Journeys CIC in collaboration with partners has been providing Forest Bathing experiences for carers in Gloucestershire since 2021, and we are committed to raise funds to continue this offer as the results speak for themselves.

Bringing the carers together in nature benefits their wellbeing and also creates community.

Visual Impaired, Nature Connection

Wilde Earth Journeys CIC in collaboration with partners and created a training experience for guides, guides who work with the visually impaired.

We are teaching guides how to connect with nature utilising available senses other than sight, and also impaired vision too.

This way the trained guides can enable those they work with to engage with nature in new and exciting ways

We hope to develop this service more with the backing for Forest England

High School Engagement

Wilde Earth Journeys CIC has been working with a local high school delivering a mindfulness programme and gardening project during the 2022 summer term.

We saw benefits from both projects and are now keen to expand the ofering further a now seeking finding reading for the next accademic year.

Nature, mindfulness and garden cultivation are simple but very effective tools to enable and empower where needed.

EXPERIENCES FOR ALL WALKS OF LIFE

We aim to ensure an accessible experience for all. We ask you to share with us your specific needs, and we will work with you to enable the best possible experience and nature immersion

HEAR FROM OUR EXPLORERS

"I would highly recommend anyone to try out one of these fabulous walks. I do spend a lot of time in the forest but this really opened my eyes to something quite different, something I haven't experienced before. Really good for the soul.

Looking forward to the next one.

Lorna
