Hello@WildeEarthJourneys
We will share aspects of our Forest Bathing practice as we wander, sharing information on how being in nature aids wellbeing as well as working together to form each walk into what is needed most.
There is an opportunity to share your experience during and at the end of each session to aid the development of working with natural spaces to aid wellbeing.
Walks will be from various locations, ensure you check in regularly for the latest information. We usually consult with the group at the end of each walk to decide where we walk next, so do keep checking in for updates.
If you are a wheelchair user or accessibility is a concern please contact us so we can arrange a chat to ensure you are included. Hello@WildeEarthJourneys.org
The Wellbeing Walks are every week.
Keep checking in while we finalise the details.
